Chef Antonio has 50 years of experience, it could be said that his games room was between stoves. Multidisciplinary and encyclopedic of Spanish gastronomy, his experience has been cultivated throughout the Spanish coast, making him an expert in rice and the fruits of our seas. He manages the kitchens of the Restaurante Ferran, transmitting his knowledge to each of his chefs and giving soul to the Mediterranean diet that we offer to our clients.
